No. 2 Opus Place is one of the next big architectural attractions in Midtown. At 53-stories, the new mega-project condominium building will tower 10-stories above the Four Seasons. With 200 residential units starting in the $750s, this luxury condominium development will be one of the most high-valued luxury residential condos in Atlanta. The 5,000 square-foot penthouses will offer panoramic city views and will cost a whopping $12 million, setting a new bar for Atlanta real estate.
Featuring finishes imported from Italy, integrated digital technology, resort style amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, and views that will take your breath away, this building will offer the best of the best. The building will sit along 14th Street, and includes a restaurant, retail, direct access to the Arts Center and the MARTA station, and a massive new art gallery designed by Richard Meier, designer of the High Museum.
The original proposal for a 74-story building would have made Opus Place the second tallest overall building; however this prospective title went bust when a hotel pulled out of the venture earlier this year. Regardless, the 53-story building will still be the tallest residential building in Atlanta.
Last month, Opus Place debuted their new sales center, including a full-featured model. Drawing hundreds of interested potential buyers to the pre-opening, the spectacular model unit replicates a 53rd floor penthouse unit with a simulated view of the Atlanta skyline.
Construction is anticipated to be in full-force by October 2017 and completion of the building is slated for 2020. With thousands already signing up for information about the new building, it’s sure to sell out quickly.
