Biltmore House is a 10-story Beaux-arts inspired high-rise luxury condominium located on the corner of West Peachtree Street and 5th Street in Midtown, Atlanta. Originally constructed as the Atlanta Biltmore Hotel in 1924, this historic high-rise building was later purchased, renovated and renamed by the Novare Group as the Biltmore House in 1999.
